Insight Global is currently seeking a Business Analyst or Product Owner to support our client in the government sector, specifically within the Investment Line of Business (ILOB) Product Line at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. The role title—Investment BA or Product Owner—will be determined based on the candidate’s background and experience. This position plays a key role in bridging business needs and technical execution. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with business owners, engineers, and architects to shape and maintain product visions and roadmaps. As the go-to authority for decisions related to priority, business value, and functionality within the ILOB Product Line, this role ensures alignment between stakeholder goals and product delivery. The BA/PO will report directly to the Manager of Business Experience Architecture and Demand Management.

Required Skills & Experience
• Skilled and confident Business Analysts/Product Owners
• Competent in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Strong communicators with the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories
• Experienced in Agile methodology
• Minimum of 5 years of BA/PO experience, preferably in data or investment-related domains
