Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the team of a top client in the Houston, TX area. The person in this role will be providing engineering support for a Data Center to develop a new product line. They will be optimizing the existing design for the product line and coordinating with 3rd party firms to execute the completion of the project. They will be specifying and calculating mechanical equipment such as air conditioners, valves, gas pistons, ect.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

5-7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer

SAP, Navisworks and SolidWorks

Structural engineering knowledge

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a Data Center
