Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-year marketing technology transformation program. This role will drive the vision, planning, execution, and adoption of an integrated ecosystem that powers personalized, data-driven marketing across all channels. You will be responsible for orchestrating a complex, enterprise-scale program at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, ensuring all solutions meet rigorous corporate standards and deliver measurable business impact.
Other Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-year MarTech transformation program across CIO teams.
-Translate business problems into executable plans; decompose workstreams and assign ownership.
-Coordinate across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall teams to manage risks and ensure milestone delivery.
-Drive architecture and execution with delivery teams; ensure alignment with business KPIs.
-Manage program status reporting and executive-level communications.
-Oversee data transformation initiatives involving multiple data sources and systems.
-Ensure GCP-based architecture supports performance monitoring, logging, and operational health.
-Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, IT, and Data Science to align on goals and execution.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of experience in technical program management, including enterprise-scale transformations.
-Strong data architecture and integration experience (multi-source, transformation, flow).
-Proven ability to articulate risk, status, and business impact to executive audiences.
-Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
-Ability to work across diverse delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
-High energy and commitment- used to working in a fast-paced Enterprise level environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Familiarity with MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium.
-Experience in marketing technology, personalization, and analytics platforms.
-Understanding of platform enablement for business KPIs and use case delivery.
