Job Description
An Insight Global client in the Houston area is looking for a Regional IT Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all IT-related activities within the assigned region, while also having a strong focus on ensuring alignment and enforcement of Corporate IT guidance, guidelines, and standards. This includes planning and managing regional IT operations, leading support teams, ensuring infrastructure stability, and executing corporate strategies locally. The role also ensures compliance with global IT policies while supporting rig activations, deactivations, and relocations, and delivering high-quality customer service.
The hourly rate for this role is $45-$50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in regional or enterprise-level IT management roles.
Proficiency in infrastructure support, network systems, and IT service delivery.
Experience managing offshore or remote support teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and presentation abilities.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management platforms like ServiceNow.
Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and resources effectively.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with rig environments and remote connectivity technologies
