Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR Associate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, dashboard creation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Qualtrics, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, Tlanuna, Circona, or other survey creation tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python, especially within Qualtrics or similar platforms.
