Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Scrum Master / Product Owner / Project Manager to lead AI-focused technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, Agile delivery, and cloud-native engineering, with a passion for driving innovation through AI/ML and automation. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, and building strategic roadmaps to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and cloud-native projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Oversee a team of 5–10 engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders, managing project deliverables, sprint planning, and backlog grooming using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps, breaking down goals into actionable components and tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and promote Agile/SAFe best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and infrastructure to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and scrum masters, elevating team capabilities and delivery maturity.
• Present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline improvements to support scalable and reliable deployments.
• Ensure alignment with DevOps/SRE operating models and SDLC processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of program/project management experience, with a proven track record of managing large, enterprise-level initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience in technology transformation projects involving AI/ML, cloud-native engineering, or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps/SRE methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups across product, engineering, data, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
