The Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) is a key member of the international technology team, serving as a strategic technical advisor and solutions architect for global business partners. This role focuses on web and mobile-native development, cloud architecture, and digital consumer experiences. The SE ensures that technical solutions meet quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural principles, and measurable performance benchmarks.
A successful SE is a collaborative, culturally competent relationship-builder with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and technical acumen. This individual operates with core values such as accountability, transparency, and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. The SE will coordinate with product and project teams to support partner needs including new market entries, digital platform launches, and ongoing success initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
-2–5 years in a technical solutions engineering or architecture role focused on web and mobile platforms.
-Proven experience in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and data systems integration.
-Experience with full DLC execution in agile environments.
-Background in consumer-facing (B2C) digital technology is essential.
-Experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality domains is a plus.
Technical Skills
-Strong understanding of web and mobile architecture, including front-end, back-end, and operational layers.
-Familiarity with tools for performance benchmarking, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and security best practices.
-Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud observability.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with React Native, React, Flutter, containerization, and cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk).
-Certifications such as AWS CCP, CompTIA+, or equivalent are a plus.
