Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Mobile Device Technician to sit on site in San Antonio, Texas. This person will support mobile device operations across different departments. This role will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and managing mobile devices and related systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and user support. Customer service is an essential skill for the role and this candidate must be comfortable speaking with different stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile device support
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting iOS and Android smartphones, including setup, app deployment, and user training.
- Utilize BMC Remedy or similar incident ticketing systems to track and resolve service requests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
