Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a seasoned Residential Title Examiner with deep expertise in New Mexico title law, particularly in acreage and metes and bounds legal descriptions. This role will primarily support residential title operations (90%) with occasional commercial title work (10%). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and producing fully examined title reports for a variety of property types, including large agricultural parcels and complex residential transactions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Title Examiner, with a strong focus on New Mexico residential and acreage properties.
• Ability to demonstrate full cycle examination: initial search, examining, preparing commitments.
• Proven ability to handle metes and bounds legal descriptions and plot them accurately.
• Experience with title software systems and remote work environments.
• Strong understanding of curative processes and legal documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage high-liability files with precision.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with enterprise title companies and national production service teams.
