Job Description
This person will be responsible for collecting and processing specimens for patients. Therefore, they will need to properly identify patient, draw blood samples, and send to the laboratory for analysis. Our daily patient volumes range from the mid-30s to low 60s, so we would require someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist – ideally in hospital setting, good well rounded experience drawing blood
Comfortable with difficult draws - Confident in phlebotomy skills (some oncology patients’ veins are harder to find due to medications they are on)
Phlebotomist certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Oncology experience
Experience within a high-volume patient setting
Bilingual in Spanish
Lab assistant experience
