Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Solutions React Developer to work directly with key stakeholders to advance their flight operations systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web development frameworks, enterprise application solutions, and a strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Palantir, etc). This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that drive business efficiency and innovation. Duties will include designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines, workflows, and analytics solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role will be instrumental in improving efficiency, safety, and business outcomes of its operational, maintenance, and flight data initiatives. This position is largely remote, with the potential to travel within the US, and will be at the hourly rate of $70-$80/hour.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on:
- React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- RESTful APIs and integration patterns
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
Strong understanding of data integration, modeling, and ETL/ELT best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in UX/UI development, including mobility compatibility and component libraries like Material UI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind CSS
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience developing in, or working knowledge of Palantir Foundry (Code Workbooks, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Contour, etc.) and AIP or similar enterprise data integration and analytics platforms.
Hands-on experience with developing and deploying Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
