Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Windchill Architect to join their build and development team. This person will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of Windchill on Linux and Windows. They will be expected to configure and support Windchill applications within a cluster environment, using a file utility to load different business objects in Windchill. Their daily operations will include Build and Release Management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. They will be working with a vendor to troubleshoot issues and implement patches as well as perform system upgrades. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, thrive in a team environment, and pay strong attention to detail. This person will be working in a solo environment in Windchill, so they must be able to fix any issues by themselves. This candidate must be local to Houston, as they must be willing to go on-site 3 days a week. This position is looking to pay between $80-100/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ Years of experience of developing in Windchill PLM Systems (Version 12.0 or higher)
6+ Years of experience within CI & Build Pipeline Development
6+ Years of experience writing and editing complex SQL/PL SQL queries
Installation of the newest versions of WBM (windchill bulk migrator), CREO, Solr, and CAD Tools
Experience working within Oracle Databases, Apache, WebLogic, Linux, and Windows Systems.
3+ years of experience Shell Scripting
Previous experience working within a cloud environment- Azure preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Marine or offshore experience
