Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a rapidly expanding telecom solutions provider in their search for a Director of Operations. Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day business functions, ensure operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives across the organization. This leadership role reports directly to the executive team and is responsible for driving performance across service delivery, project execution, procurement, logistics, and cross-departmental alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or technology services.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and systems in a high-growth environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience in scaling. They are growing and need someone capable of helping them grow from 20+ teams to 150+ teams.
• Proficiency in operations software, project management tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
