· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
·OSHA 10/30 courses

Required Skills & Experience
We’re looking to fill a Safety Specialist position to support our client's field operations in the Austin, TX area across infrastructure and transportation projects. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with OSHA 1926, OSHA 1910, MUTCD, and DOT standards, while working closely with field crews, project managers, and subcontractors. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building a culture of safety through compliance, communication, and technology.
***Salary: $65,000-$75,000
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
