Job Description
Purpose:
Lead the development and optimization of digital commercial services (payroll, treasury management, business loans, and business deposit products) to enhance member experience and achieve business goals for the financial client. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the digital channel vision in collaboration with UX, development, and business teams.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee day-to-day digital service operations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable workflows and product features.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
- Develop business cases, manage vendor relationships, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure product lifecycle and software development processes are followed effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product management, software development, and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week, Monday-Friday
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Product Management Certification i.e., CSPO
