Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to lead the development of a new
Time and Labor use case. This role focuses on implementing a flexible two-week work
schedule to support our workforce needs. In the first week of the pay period, employees
will work four 9-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday) and an 8-hour shift on Friday. In the
second week, they will work four 9-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday) with Friday off.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft modules,
particularly Time and Labor, combined with solid technical skills to customize and
integrate solutions within our PeopleSoft environment. This position requires collaboration
with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation, testing, and deployment of the new
schedule configuration. The right candidate will be willing to be onsite 4-5 days a week. 8-5 MF

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years experience as a Peoplesoft Developer
Ability to design enhancements for PeopleSoft Time and Labor
In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
modules, with a primary focus on Time and Labor (T&L)
Experience in customizing PeopleSoft pages,
components, and workflows
Great communication written and verbal in order to be able to clearly elicit business requirements from stakeholders
