Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Manager for a fine jewelry company based in Houston, Texas. This person will play a pivotal role in executing the client’s marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, and reinforcing their luxury positioning. Your responsibilities will span digital strategy, data analysis, event coordination, and partner management. You’ll be responsible for leading revenue growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels and championing a data-informed approach to growth. You will work closely with agency partners, sales staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and events are executed on time, on budget, and on brand. This role demands operational precision, creative alignment, and a customer-centric mindset.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of marketing experience with strong operational and agency management skills
BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
Experience with marketing analytics and CRM systems
Must be based in TX and ability to travel frequently (up to 25%)
Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
Established Digital Experience in terms of analysis and strategy
Shopify, Google analytics experience
Klaviyo and Mailchimp experience
Luxury jewelry or fashion industry experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience working at a startup company
