Job Description
An employer based in Roanoke TX is looking for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their growing MSP organization. This person will partner alongside Level 1 engineers to support various client infrastructure. This person will hold a variety of responsibilities including managing system security including Active Directory roles and permissions, they will help design and support customer cloud and virtualized environments, they will install LAN, WAN, mobile, and other systems infrastructure, and help to analyze and isolate issues and provide solutions. They will also support various internal applications including Sentinel One, Datto BCDR, Datto RMM, CyberQP, SAAS Alerts, and other security-related applications.
This is a full time, permanent role sitting on site 5 days a week. This role is posted at $80-$100,000/yr base salary (before benefits) based on tenure, skillset, background, and certifications.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience working in an MSP environment
In-depth knowledge of Active directory and security management
Proficiency in Office 365 deployments including Sharepoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, and switches ( Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, etc, SonicWall, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti exp)
Experience with cyber scanning, incident response, or vulnerability management tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Relevant Azure or Office 365 certifications
