Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong data modeling expertise to create compelling business intelligence solutions. You'll be responsible for designing advanced data models, building interactive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights using our BigQuery and Power BI stack.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Must-Haves:

Power BI Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Premium features
Data Modeling: Strong experience in dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse concepts
DAX Mastery: Advanced DAX programming skills for complex calculations and business logic
SQL & BigQuery: Proficient in SQL with hands-on BigQuery experience
Data Visualization: Proven ability to create compelling, user-centric dashboards and reports

Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and best practices
Experience with data model optimization and performance tuning
Ability to work directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Power BI certification (PL-300 or equivalent)
Experience with dbt for data transformation
