We are seeking an experienced Program Manager based in India to lead a complex, time-sensitive global initiative involving the migration of over 600 databases from Azure to Oracle across multiple regions including APAC, North America, and Europe. This role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to drive execution under an aggressive timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project execution for a global database migration initiative.
Coordinate activities across three vendor teams and internal database, network, and infrastructure teams.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate issues as needed.
