Cook Children's is seeking a skilled Anaconda Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and implementation of the Anaconda platform across its healthcare data environment. This role will focus on integrating, Python R and Jupyter-based workflows into the organizations infrastructure, while also training both administrative and end-user teams to ensure long-term success.

- 3 years of hands on experience implementing and configuring the Anaconda platform.
- Experience with Python R and Jupyter notebooks
2+ years managing Conda environments, including package control and dependency management.
- Proven ability to train both technical and non-technical users, including administrators and staff.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience delivering knowledge transfer and post-implementation support.
- Experience with EPIC Cogito or other healthcare analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with JupyterHub or RStudio Server in multi-user environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Background in training enablement or developing onboarding materials.
- Understanding of security and compliance in healthcare or regulated industries.
