Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Customs Import Brokerage Agents for one of their premier clients in Dallas, TX. As an Import Agent in the logistics industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant entry of goods into the United States. This position involves preparing and processing customs documentation, coordinating with carriers and government agencies, and ensuring adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external clients, and regulatory bodies to facilitate timely and accurate import operations.

Required Skills & Experience

-Prepare and compile commercial regulatory documents for customs entry processing.

-Coordinate and confirm the release of shipments in compliance with U.S. customs regulations.

-Communicate with internal departments, external customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely clearance.

-Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status and initiate trace requests when necessary.
