Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join one of our clients at their Plano, TX location. This position will be part of the MX Mobile Service Parts Order Management team, where the analyst will play a key role in supporting order management and customer satisfaction. This candidate will be responsible for:

Analyzing customer purchase behavior and feedback to enhance service and strengthen relationships
Collaborating with key account managers to resolve customer issue/problem and expand existing relationships
Identify sales solutions based on customer pain points and market research
Maintaining close contact with stakeholders to manage key accounts and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Evaluating operational risks affecting delivery timelines or service quality
Creating DO (Delivery Order) based on the parts availability and/or allocation against customer Sales Orders
Customer meeting preparation, which includes preparing Weekly Open Order Reports, escalation of customer requests to Demand Management team, and fulfill weekly customers needs of parts
Monitor Customer Sales Orders (S/O) to reflect the up to date parts information, as well as to cancel Sales Orders, based on customers requests and/or internal decision
Work with Parts Warehouse to align with customers needs, in regards to shipment schedules, RMA processing, customer claims, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience in the following:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of Customer Support, Supply Chain
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience of handling SAP products
Experience in advanced Excel proficiency
Experience in High tech, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics industry
Bilingual in Korean
