Job Description

An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join their Infrastructure team. This role will be supporting the entire organization of about 500 employees from c-level executives to staff level corporate and operational employees. This individual will be supporting both the company's corporate headquarters and operation sites. On a daily basis, this person will be performing troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software including O365, InTune, Azure, printers, networks, etc. This person will be primarily servicing users in the office in person.

This is an hourly role paying between $30 - 40 / hour

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years experience in IT support roles

Experience utilizing a ticketing system for task management, reporting, and documentation

Experience troubleshooting and resolving a variety of hardware and software issues

Experience with Azure, InTune (or SCCM), O365, Business Applications, Network, printer, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Backend SCCM experience
