Job Description

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
1015 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on deployment and implementation.
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent (Cisco/Arista certifications preferred).
Experience working in production data centers, Enterprise Networks routing/switching, and firewalls.
Proficiency with networking tools and technologies, including ERP, MS Office, and service management platforms


Expertise:
High proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS) and troubleshooting skills in complex network environments.
Strong experience with switching technologies, including Nexus, Catalyst Switches, spine-leaf and SDA architecture.
Hands-on experience in Managing and deploying SDA (Wired & Wireless infrastructure) using Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNAC)
Strong knowledge on VxLAN and LISP.
Hands-on experience on LAN technologies including QoS and Dot1x.
Knowledge on Cisco ISE.
Familiarity with DMZ, Firewall, load balancer, and DDI (DNS, DHCP and IP Schema).
Leadership and Mentorship:
Proven ability to mentor and work with existing engineers to build strong, collaborative teams.
Strong decision-making skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Innovation and Attention to Detail:
A passion for seeking new, better ways of doing things, with a meticulous focus on detail.
A proactive mindset to identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.
