Our Fortune 500 retail client is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join their non-store network team. As the wireless subject matter expert (SME), you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of both wireless and wired network infrastructures across our Supply Chain environments (warehouses and distribution centers) and corporate enterprise networks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our network systems. You will work on complex, high-impact projects that demand deep technical expertise and the ability to analyze and resolve sophisticated network challenges. Certifications such as Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Ekahau Certified Solutions Engineer (ECSE), or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) are valued but not required. We are primarily looking for demonstrated competency and experience in these areas.

Experience creating predictive design for warehouses (new and rebuilds) and able to demonstrate common challenges found in working with wireless networks.
Experience designing networks with the below technologies and protocols:
-Wi-Fi 5/6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7
-LAN, WLAN
-Routing and switching (BGP, OSPF)
-SD-WAN
Experience designing wireless network desing in a carpeted environement.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $57/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
