Manage and oversee all aspects of our Time tracking system transformation project from ADP's eTime platform to Workday Absence and time tracking. This includes developing and maintaining standards, tools, and templates that need to be followed for Workday configuration activities.
Responsibility for full lifecycle project management of this Workday project which crosses over HR, Payroll, IT, HR managers on site across the US, legal, procurement, and contracts.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Develop, deliver, and facilitate the review of progress reports including issue/risk logs and project status by workstream
Partner with HRIS and HR Shared Services for impacts to system configuration, service center impacts and overall colleague experience
Support best practices that can be leveraged by all of HR to manage projects, report status, plan for change and measure success
Anticipate and identify potential issues and risks that may impact program implementation, and assist the client with problem-solving, issues resolution, risk mitigation, and timely decision-making. Provide strategic advice and thought leadership and deploy the required resources to address various program challenges and unanticipated events
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and ensure alignment with business objectives
