Job Description
A retail investment company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for executing processes to ensure delivery of a quality product for their clients from site acquisition through construction.
• Support Program Manager in organizing and managing due diligence materials.
• Review, approve, and oversee proposals from design consultants.
• Execute assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the team.
• Proactively identify issues and improve processes.
• Monitor and report on key deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Manage consultants through design and permitting to meet standards and secure permits.
• Coordinate with Red Sky Real Estate and third parties to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain strong contractor, vendor, and client relationships; manage invoices and contracts.
• Liaise with city officials to gather zoning, utility, and SIR information.
• Lead coordination between construction and design teams for RFIs and project closeout.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of project management experience, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong computer skills.
• Clear and confident communicator, skilled in managing internal and external relationships.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Retail industry background.
• Engineering Degree.
