An employer is seeking a Call Center LPN to work in an enterprise level environment. You will be working remotely for an outbound call center making outreach to patients who are scheduled for homevisits and telehealth visits. You will be calling patients to initiate chart prep to assist the provider with upcoming appointments. You will be entering patient data into EMR. You will be conducting assessments with patients over the phone
