Epic Care Everywhere Analyst

We are seeking an Epic Care Everywhere Analyst to support and enhance our Epic Care Everywhere and Care Link systems. This role is critical in enabling seamless health information exchange across systems and organizations, ensuring continuity of care and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Epic Care Everywhere and Care Link interoperability tools
- Manage CERM (Care Everywhere Referral Management) workflows for closed-loop referrals
- Configure and maintain Epic Care Link access and user security
- Collaborate with regional HIEs (e.g., Health Connect TX) to integrate external data
- Work with Health Planet, an advanced extension of Care Link
- Address SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) data integration
- Oversee Direct Messaging Protocols for secure provider communications
- Provide support for legacy systems scheduled to sunset by January 2026

- Epic Care Everywhere certification
- Epic Care Link certification
- Must have Epic build experience
- Experience with interoperability tools and regional HIEs
- Strong understanding of HIM workflows and Epic security setup
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across clinical and technical teams

- Managing Direct Messaging and CERM
- Supporting external provider access and read-only chart views
- Familiarity with Health Planet and SDOH initiatives
