Insight Global is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to work onsite at our healthcare insurance client in San Antonio, TX.
The Engineer will support testing efforts across 10 different applications, helping to identify and resolve issues before they reach end users. This is a junior-level role requiring at least 3 years of experience in QA automation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C#, Selenium, and Playwright
Perform performance testing using Locust
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like the business and developers to understand application requirements and ensure thorough test coverage
Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare, or a related field
3+ years of experience in QA Automation
Experience with UI test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools
Familiarity with performance testing tools like Locust
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
