A Fortune 50 client is looking for a Data Analyst to come join their team as this client has a large project within one of their enterprise sectors where data currently is presented in different formats and in multiple sources. This client is looking for a Data Analyst to work with their technical team members (Data Engineers, Data Stewards, and Data Governance teams) to help define the data flow from SAP, Oracle, Teradata, etc. from source into gold layer within the Azure data environment. You will be responsible for pulling the data from these different sources, extracting data, analyzing data, performing advanced SQL querying, and providing recommendations for data used cases then passing the data on to the Data Engineering team. This role can be remote; however, we are looking for someone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who would be willing to go onsite to the client site in Plano 1-3 days a week.

3-4+ years of experience with data analysis extracting, analyzing, understanding data flows, and providing data recommendations
3+ years of experience with advanced SQL development, querying, performing complex joins, optimization, etc.
Experience working with multiple data sources i.e. Teradata, SAP, Informatica, etc.
Strong Access and/or Excel skills
Any experience using ADO
Any experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting
Experience working with structured/unstructured datasets, ability to clearly document and communicate requirement to technical team members
Experience working with Data Steward, Data Engineering, and Data Governance team members
Strong ability to execute results while working in collaboration with global team members
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Any experience in CPG background, broader F&B industry, or pharmaceuticals
