Job Description

The Critical Facilities Group (CFG) Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of Engineers and Technicians to successfully deliver Data Center projects across a designated region. Reporting to the Critical Facilities Program Manager, this role supports both internal teams and customer needs, requiring travel to various sites as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Data Center operations and infrastructure.
This role involves strategic planning, design oversight, and execution leadership to ensure high-quality project delivery. The Project Manager will also be responsible for evaluating system-level performance and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 6 years of industry experience, preferably in Data Center or Critical Facilities environments.
Proven experience in Building Automation Integration and Programming.
Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams including Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in live Data Center environments.
Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
