Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to join a dynamic general counsel team. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and build scalable legal processes from the ground up. Key responsibilities include implementing technology solutions and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, managing contract lifecycle tools and vendor processes, overseeing legal request workflows such as subpoenas and takedown notices, and organizing legal records and repositories. Youll also develop systems to monitor legal spend, identify automation opportunities, and potentially support corporate paralegal tasks and stock administration based on your background and interests. Ideal candidates are paraprofessionals with a passion for operational excellence, legal tech, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment. $40-65/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or corporate legal department
3+ years at in-house legal department
2+ years actively engaged with contract management.
Demonstrated with a CLM system or other similarly complex platform.
Adept at automation and AI; extensive experience with Slack, Google Suite, and other software tools (e.g., Zapier, Notion, legal intake tools, ebilling platforms, vendor management platforms, and CLM platforms).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on overall goals. Enjoys creating processes but keeps business needs as the priority. Communicates clearly with all levels, including executives.
Can handle multiple projects at once, even under tight deadlines.
Brings creativity, initiative, and a practical mindset. Works well with others in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
A technical background is helpful but not required.
Experience with trust and safety processes is a plus, but not necessary.
