Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact compliance initiative within our Midstream Operations team. This role is focused on strengthening our alignment with PHMSA regulations, improving audit readiness, and enhancing operational safety. The selected candidate will coordinate corrective action workflows, facilitate cross-functional communication, and ensure consistent project momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track compliance-related projects, including maintaining the Corrective Actions List.
Serve as the central point of contact for updates from cross-functional teams.
Monitor project blockers and proactively resolve issues to maintain progress.
Deliver timely and accurate progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Support execution of the formal project charter and ensure deliverables are met.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, compliance, and control room teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
PMP certification required.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing compliance-driven projects.
Ability to communicate effectively with operations leadership.
Working knowledge of automation, SCADA, and control room management.
Bachelors Degree required (Associates Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience will be considered).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with PHMSA regulations and compliance.
Background in organizational change management.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Experience in Oil & Gas Midstream operations.
Familiarity with alarm rationalization and control room workflows.
