Job Description

Insight Global is looking to bring on Sr. Network Engineer to come and join our team! In this role, you will be working with a team of Network Engineers in support of our customers Data Centers to ensure systems are continuously up and running all while we modernize their data infrastructure. Someone with senior level experience working with Cisco hardware and Arista platforms will do well in this role. * Design and implement complex network designs supporting data center operations
* Serve as point of contact for technical issues related to data center networking
* Strong understanding of Spine and Leaf, Fabric Network Architectures & how to support them
* Strong understanding of common underlay and overlay technologies used within fabric architectures required
* Participate and be an active member in Design Reviews, Change Boards and other technical meetings as
* At times, serve as project team member representing data center networking for large projects
* Work on technical problems in areas of distributes systems, databases, networking and virtualization, search and information retrieval technologies skills
* Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with strong priority setting and delegation
* Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs
* Provide leadership guidance and training junior engineers (as required)
* Experience working with Cisco Nexus Switches (required)
* 10 + Year Network administrator Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience working with Arista Switches
* F5 / AVI Load-Balancer experience
* Experience with NSX Networking Cisco DCNM and/or Cloud Vision
* CCNP or L3 Arista Certification or higher-level networking certifications
* Experience supporting large-scale data center network operations
* Experience with Network Automation & Scripting
