- Responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining essential documentation that supports security operations, compliance initiatives, and technical workflows
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with compliance frameworks such as TSA-SD, PCI-DSS, and SOX
- Heavily documentation-focused and requires the ability to produce clear, well-structured materials to support both internal and external audits
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in tools, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Accountable for refining detailed work instructions, process flows, and job aids to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation aligned with compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technical writing experience within IT Security or compliance-focused environments
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as TSA-SD, PCI-DSS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, security controls, and governance tools
- Experience using SharePoint as a documentation management tool
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including architecture, vulnerability management, and incident response
