Job Description

We are seeking a Telecom Technician to support the refresh of legacy PBX systems with Cisco VoIP infrastructure across multiple hospital campuses. This role involves hands-on deployment of new Cisco phones, ensuring connectivity, and performing functional testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Replace legacy PBX phones with Cisco VoIP phones at designated hospital sites.
- Ensure proper connectivity and configuration of each device.
- Conduct inbound and outbound call testing to verify functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any connectivity or performance issues.
- Collaborate with existing team members to ensure smooth execution of the refresh project.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and issues encountered.

Required Skills & Experience

- Willingness to travel between hospital sites as needed.
