Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a NP or PA to join their team in the Houston, TX area. Their teams approach is rooted in innovation, using advanced therapies like hyperbaric oxygen, integrative bloodwork, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and longevity-focused peptide treatments.

As a key part of the team, youll have the unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of creating new and innovative programs for longevity and wellness. This role also carries a sales component, where youll be actively educating patients on our services, building relationships, and driving engagement to meet our goals for patient acquisition and retention. In addition to a competitive salary, performance bonuses will be provided to reward successful outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the medical program, ensuring high standards of care in all areas of treatment. Conduct comprehensive integrative bloodwork analysis and create customized wellness plans based on results.
Manage hormone optimization programs, including patient assessment, therapy recommendations, and follow-up.
Lead and oversee the hyperbaric oxygen therapy program, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
Provide and supervise IV therapy for hydration, nutrition, and recovery treatments.
Administer peptide therapy and other longevity-focused treatments.
Develop patient-specific wellness and longevity protocols, utilizing the latest research and treatment options.
Engage in patient consultations, providing education on services, and recommending treatment plans.
Actively participate in growing the patient base, utilizing sales strategies to enhance retention and referrals.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in integrative medicine and incorporate them into patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for healthcare practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas.
~ 3 years of experience in integrative or functional medicine.
Experience with hormone therapy, IV therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and peptide therapy.
Sales-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex medical information to patients.
A passion for health, wellness, and longevity medicine.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with alternative and holistic medical treatments.
Knowledge of cutting-edge wellness technologies and modalities.
