Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large healthcare enterprise client! This PM will oversee the day-to-day implementation of Siemens UniPOC (data management system) and Beckman Coulter (automation systems) within the lab environment. Responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time, conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process. Will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, monitor project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of PM experience on the enterprise side within the healthcare industry
2+ years of experience with Lab product implementation or projects (EX: Siemens UniPOC or Beckman Coulter)
PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiar and comfortable with ServiceNow and Microsoft Project
Recent experience working in a waterfall environment
