Our client is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their team in Spring, TX. The Procurement Analyst will be joining a transformation-driven team and will hold an integral role supporting digital transformation initiatives, blending procurement expertise with analytical insight and technical support. They will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts and project leads to define procurement needs for digital tools and services. Daily, they will work with cross functional teams across the business to gather requirements and assist with creating or improving project documentation. They will conduct data analysis to uncover trends, support budgeting, and optimize procurement strategies. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for using project management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities and track issues to resolution. They must have the ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset.

5+ years of experience in a procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing role
Experience managing commodities in the technology industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data driven informed decisions.
Experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced experience with Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.
Experience evaluating/onboarding new suppliers and analyzing supplier consolidation initiatives
Understanding of project management methodologies
Experience using multiple data sources to perform data analysis including using relational databases (e.g. SQL/KQL) and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
