Change Management Analyst

4 days onsite 1 day remote. Based on business needs. Office is set up in an open space, config management and change management all together. A lot of emails, calls and meetings within the groups regarding changes that are coming from the systems. Also, will be responsible for handling the requirements for when submitting change management requests. Review and processing of all change requests to ensure proper thoroughness, prioritization (risk and impact), scheduling, and compliance with the PTC Change Management Process within the BMC Remedy ITSM Application. Provide assistance with updating and maintaining Change Management templates, system user access, training users concerning the use of the Change Management tools and processes. First level support for general change management questions and processing of requests. Prepare and communicate weekly change broadcasts and communications to the Change community. Build strong relationships with PTC stakeholders

1-3 Years of experience in a Change Management role
Must have basic understanding of information technology principles, and an understanding of mid-tier applications, database, and telecommunications systems.
Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of IT Service Management best practices
General ITIL Configuration Management and Release Management skills
ITIL Foundational Certificate
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Previous experience in these Industries:
Railroad, Transportation or Shipping
