Job Description
The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for the development and execution of the human resource approach that supports the organizational business plan and strategy. Responsible for overseeing the human resources department and all of its functions including recruitment, orientation, training, benefits management, safety, succession planning, compensation, compliance with state and federal labor laws, staff terminations, conflict resolution, incident documentation, etc. This role will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for accomplishing human resources goals and objectives in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the client. Responsible for the strategic human resources planning to provide the client with the best talent and to position the company as the employer of choice.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ Years experience in Human Resource Management
Experience with Executive recruitment
Experience developing on-boarding processes and recruitment strategies
Experience in a start up or similarly adaptive enviornment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Rental or Material handling experience
Bachelors in Human Resource management or similar degree
Experience partnering with various leadership in the creation of training plans/programs.
