Insight Global is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a client in the food and beverage industry. The Technician will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment including fillers, cappers, packers, palletizers, conveyors, PLCs, ammonia equipment, etc. Under 10% OT is to be expected.
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, plumbing, structural).
- Use tools like lathes, grinders, and drill presses to fix or make parts.
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues to keep production running efficiently.
- Complete scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Use maintenance software to track tasks and updates.
- Document work performed and support predictive/preventive maintenance efforts.

- 2+ years of experience in the food/beverage manufacturing
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, or conduct preventative maintenance on equipment (palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, etc.)
- Experience tracking and filling out PM's
- Experience working with inventory & spare parts
