One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Technician to provide comprehensive IT support across our field operations in Louisiana and Texas. This hybrid role requires a versatile professional capable of delivering Tier 1 through Tier 3 support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting both mobile and computer devices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of networking, familiarity with SCADA systems , experience with Microsoft 365 (O365), and oil and gas operations background. This role is 5 days a week onsite in downtown Houston at a rate of $45-$50/hour.

-3+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a field-based or hybrid role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and support.
-Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile and computer devices (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.).
-Familiarity with SCADA systems is a preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Solid understanding of network fundamentals (routing, switching, VPNs, etc.) network certifications are preferred
-Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
-OT Experience
-MS certification
