Job Description

A Production Group Leader at General Motors is responsible for leading teams in driving operational excellence across manufacturing processes, including managing daily operations, developing and improving business processes, and fostering a positive team environment. They are also involved in areas like production activities, quality assurance, problem-solving, and implementing Built-in-Quality initiatives, while adhering to Global Manufacturing Systems.
