Job Description

A Fortune 100 client is needing a Scrum Master/Proejct Manager hybrid to join their enterprise Data & AI organization. A successful candidate will have expertise acting as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, preferably within data engineering Agile team. The team that you would be joining is focused on ensuring on-time delivery for data products within subset organizations of PepsiCo. This team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business and a successful candidate will need to know how to navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change. Project work is a blend of onshore and offshore developers so ability to manage time efficiently is key for success.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise level software release environment (ideally 5+ years)
Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices
Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams
Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS access)
Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud provider
Able to manage teams in dispersed geographic locations
Excellent written and oral communication
Proactive in approach
Proficient in ADO

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
- IT Project Manager expertise (focus in SW development)
-Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc
