An Insight Global client in the Houston area is looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist to join their team in the Westchase area. This person will be a member of the End User Computing and Identity Management team for the company, reporting to the End User Computing and Identity Manager. This person will be responsible for managing and securing devices, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in SCCM, Windows 10, Microsoft 10, and Microsoft Intune. Additionally, this person will deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices using MS Intune and SCCM. Lastly, this person will be the tier two escalation point for managing tickets via Active Directory.

Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM)
Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID
Experience with Teams and Microsoft OneDrive configuration and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting
Security: Implement and manage security policies to ensure device compliance and protection using tools like Microsoft Defender XDR and SentinelOne
