One of Houston's largest retail companies is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and reliability of the new building systems. In this role, the technician will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs across various systems and equipment. This person will serve as a liaison between management, contractors, and vendors, coordinating inspections and scheduled shutdowns. Responsibilities also include conducting quality control and preventive maintenance inspections, generating work orders, and maintaining a safe work environment through regular walk-throughs and issue resolution. The technician will manage inventory, perform data entry, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities. Additionally, this person will provide shared 24/7 on-call coverage for critical equipment during non-business hours and may be assigned other duties as needed to support facility operations. This role will require 5 days onsite and within the salary range of $45,000 to $64,000.

- 3 + years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with equipment repair and maintenance techniques.
