Job Description

Job Summary: The Inbound Imaging Scheduler will be responsible for making initial patient calls, clerical documentation, email tracking and monitoring, reminder calls to patients, follow up calls after appointments, and communicating documentation needs for a call load of about 35-40 per day.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (2 years preferred).
Diagnostic Imaging experience
Highschool Diploma or GED
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
